A non-stop from Shanghai to Sydney took a bit over 10 hours and while Kai pulled an all-nighter (a sincere thank you to Sony for the portable DVD player with a 6 hour battery...), we are excited to be in David's old home land. Raili got out of the plane and unprovoked, said "Daddy, Australia is beauuutiful".

After a bit of rest in our new digs in Darling Harbour, we set out for a ferry cruise. It was a sunny 24C/80F day with a nice cool sea breeze.
