Another week of classes officially behind, the whole family returned to school this Saturday morning to attend a welcome picnic to all new and returning students. The campus was so pretty with all the flowering bushes, trees as well as the gardens that were trimmed to the "t".

Both Kai and Raili seemed very comfortable at the school and proudly showed us the various playgrounds and the enormous Koi fish pond with colorful "friends". I was really happy for them as the campus has got to be one of the most gorgeous ones out there. In addition to the serene gardens and large playgrounds, they have a full size pool, a jungle gym with a large ball pit, a big trampoline and a running track for burning all that extra energy.

While there were over a hundred kids out there, the administration and support staff (in addition to their regular teachers) knew Raili and Kai by name even though they've only been there a few days. As we walked out of the gates, I asked the kids if they look forward to going back to school on Monday and they both said yes. They really have come a long way, I know. I think they may have become Big Kids!
